Vietnam visa for India from Hong Kong
Filing visa application to Vietnam Embassy is a challenge for Indian citizens in Hong Kong. The applicants not only have to leave off thei passport for processing but also have to send the application by post, which is not secure, time consuming. Fortunately, Vietnam visa on arrival was designed to facilitate the procedures of visa for Vietnam from Hong Kong.
Eligibility for Vietnam visa on arrival
Vietnam visa on arrival can be granted a visa on arrival to Indian citizens who:
- Hold a passport with a minimum validity of six months
- Travel to Vietnam by air
How visa on arrival works?
Apply online --> Pay processing fee --> Get visa approval--> Get visa stamped on arrival
1. Apply online
Go to "apply online" to enter your travel information and passport details in the online application form. Please double check the form before submitting to make sure that all provided information is correct. If you find the error after submission, it's no need to apply for a new one, just give us a notice to info@vietnamvisas.in, we will correct the error for you.
2. Pay processing fee
Use credit/debit card to make the payment. Or you can send money via Paypal. The fee must be paid in full or the processing delay will occur.
3. Get visa approval
Visa approval letter will be sent to you via email after 2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). For example: if you apply on Monday, you will get the letter on Tuesday. To get visa approval on the same day of application, you have to pay addtional fee for express service.
4. Get visa stamped on arrival
You print out the letter and bring with you at the time of travel. After getting off the plane, you are requested to submit the approval letter, completed entry-exit form, original passport, 01 passport size photo and pay stamping fee to get visa stamp from Immigration official. The stamping fee must be paid in cash either in USD or VND.
VALIDITY
The Vietnam visa on arrival is valid for a single/multiple entry into Vietnam for a period of 30 days or up to 90 days. This visa is extendable and will be issued on arrival only at the designated international airports
