The price show on the website may understand as follow:

- Serviced fee (as in Service Fee column) is the fee you have to pay us for service of arranging pre-approved letter with code for picking up visa upon arrival Vietnam at the airport (airport at Hochiminh or Hanoi or Danang city). Pay in advance.

- Stamp fee (as in Stamp Fee column) is the fee you have to pay in cash USD at the airport when you collect the visa there.

Here after the procedure

Step 1

After sending us your visa application online through our site, you will receive a confirmation from us for showing that we received your visa application. 

Step 2

We will send you link to pay in maximum 1 business hour after reviewing your visa application for making sure it will be approved

Step 3

Within 24 hours after your payment, we will send you pre-approved letter with code for picking up visa upon arrival Vietnam at the airport (airport at Hochiminh or Hanoi or Danang city). Pre-approved letter will be sent to you by email with JPEG or PNG format in attached files.

Step 4

After receiving pre-approved letter, you must print the letter out with 2 passport size photos for boarding the airplane & collect your visa at Vietnam air ports in Hanoi capital city, Ho Chi Minh or Saigon city, and Danang city. Without pre-approved letter you cannot enter Vietnam for pick up visa.
